Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name], [Registered address] ("Joinsight", "we"). They apply when you create an account or use the Joinsight app, emails, MCP server or tracking snippet. If you use Joinsight for a company, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

1. The service

Joinsight reads data from billing, search, analytics, app store and social accounts you connect, combines it with first-touch data from a snippet on your site, and reports revenue metrics and attribution in a dashboard, by email and through a read-only MCP server.

Joinsight is for business use. You must be at least 18 and give us an email address you control.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link or code sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including by team members you invite and AI assistants you authorize.

3. Trial

New workspaces get a 14-day trial with every feature and no card required. The trial starts when your first revenue source connects. If fewer than 5 new paying customers were matched to a visitor by the end of the trial, we extend it once by another 14 days. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the workspace is locked until you subscribe or delete it.

4. Plans, billing and taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in euros, through Stripe. Current prices are on the pricing page: Solo €29 a month and Team €79 a month at the time of writing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
• VAT and other taxes are added where they apply.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and we don't refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
• If a payment fails and isn't resolved after reminders, we may downgrade or suspend the workspace.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you connect and the data the snippet collects on your site. You give us permission to process it only to run, secure and improve the service for you, as described in our privacy policy. We don't sell it and we don't use it to train AI models.

You confirm that you have the right to connect each source, that you have a legal basis for the snippet's collection on your site, and that you ask visitors for consent where the law requires it. Where the GDPR applies, our privacy policy and these terms form the data processing agreement between us; a signed version is available on request.

You can delete a workspace and everything synced into it at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

• connect accounts you aren't authorized to access,
• use the snippet to collect data you have no legal basis for, or on sites you don't operate,
• try to access other workspaces, probe or overload the service, or get around rate limits,
• resell or provide the service to third parties as your own product without our written agreement,
• use Joinsight for anything unlawful.

7. Numbers and estimates

We work to make every number correct and to label how it was produced. Some figures are estimates by design, including keyword revenue, LTV and keyword opportunity scores, and attribution depends on your setup, visitor consent and the accuracy of third-party data. Joinsight is not financial, tax, accounting or investment advice. Check numbers that matter against your source systems before relying on them.

8. Third-party services

Joinsight depends on services such as Stripe, RevenueCat, Google, Apple, Plausible and Meta. Your use of them is governed by their terms. If a provider changes or withdraws its API, a feature that depends on it may change or stop working, and we will tell you when that happens.

9. Changes to the service and availability

We improve Joinsight continually and may change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel with a pro-rated refund for the unused period. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and provider outages happen.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Joinsight and delete your workspaces at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you don't pay, or if we must to comply with the law. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you time to export your data. If we discontinue Joinsight entirely, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund prepaid fees for the remaining period.

11. Our property and feedback

Joinsight's software, design and content belong to us. These terms don't give you rights to them beyond using the service. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

12. Disclaimers

Apart from what these terms say explicitly, Joinsight is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability under these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Disputes go to the courts of [City], unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Joinsight after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel before they do.
